Sandwich wholesale legalities?

I own a sandwich bar in Birmingham (UK) and I am interested in looking into selling pre-packed sandwiches wholesale to shops / garages. I was wondering if anyone knew the legalities of doing this, ie do the sandwiches have to display nutritional information, exact quantities etc??
