Does your Pastor have to tell the congregation to please turn off all cell phones before church begins?

*lol* before the pastor comes out, one of the istant pastors comes up and asks us all to scooch over in our seats (to leave room on the outside, easier to fill in!) and also to turn off cell phones. We have a very large congregation. But, I'm not sure how many Sundays I've ever been there that at least ONE didn't go off, anyway!
