Downpayment for braces?

Most dentist/orthodontist offices offer a "credit" program, to help people pay for large, more expensive procedures. You basically fill out a form, hand it to one of the receptionists, then contact the company and then they extend you credit (or not..but they're very lenient usually..so don't worry too much). That company pays for your procedure(s), and then you pay the company back every month..much like a credit card, but without interest (at least thats what the terms were with my orthodontist office.)
