It's hard giving you a price for stuff we can't see, the brand, condition, age and original price has a huge effect on today's price which you have not provided. For big things like car seat, binet and that sort of thing absolutely no more than 50% of your original price. Most people won't buy it at a garage sale for more than $15 though. Clothes anywhere from 25 cents to a $1 a piece. Receiving blankets, 25 cents each, regular blankets $1 each, sheets 50 cents each, pillow $3, shoes $1-$2 each, purses 50 cents-$4 depending on brand etc.
