My niece had a migraine headache and went to the ER to get help. Something doesn't seem right?

My neice had a migrane headache and went to the emergency room with my sister (her mom)., My neice has a history of brain tumors that have been removed (3 total since age 2 years old) She is now 26. The hospital did a cat scan and a spinal tap. The cat scan came out ok and the spinal tap results is a mystery. My sister noticed after they dischaged them, that the RBC was 25 and when I pull up information off of the online medical encyclopedia, there should be ZERO RBC. The Dr. never came in to talk to my sister or my neice with any results. I found this extremely odd. Any suggestions?
