Can a cupcake with ercream and fondant toppers be frozen?
i have an order for a client for cupcakes with ercream and fondant toppers, however i will not b here to make them fresh on the day, can i successfully freeze the decorated cupcakes (ercream and a small fondant car)? will they be fine when defrosted?
