Unusual Leg pain?

I have 2+ hours of bball practice everyday and my legs are hurting more and more everyday.. they're not sore they just get tight and my knees and ankles hurt really bad.. what can i do to stop this. Its not from being sore because i played aau and never had this problem.. when i run i can be pushing myself as hard as i can go but my legs barely move... are there any vitamins or exercises for this?
