Which would be better?

I am currently trying to divide an aquarium in two using plexiegl. Its for a newt tank. One half will be water and the other land with a bridge made of rocks connecting them. Which would be best to use, aquarium sealer or aquarium adhesive? Which would be easier to reverse when my newts die or I don't have them anymore?
