D' you like the first chapter to my book?

Sounds pretty good, kinda sad... : (. The mermaid thing at the beginning is pretty random however, maybe that should go into more detail or get moved later, or just be cut out entirely unless your going to do something with that... Otherwise it sounds interesting.
