Can I get an Unconditional College Acceptance Letter if....?

Say I needed an 80% in Biology 12 to get accepted, but I'm not taking it until next semester, but let's say that I have already taken Biology 11 and got a 95% in it. Can I get an unconditional college acceptance letter, or because I haven't taken the exact course, would be a conditional acceptance letter?
