Who agrees that Rock and Stone Cold were the biggest draw for the wwf from '98-00?

Austin missed most of 2000, but the wwf got popular in 1998 mainly because of him. Rock had to be the man during Austins absense to be the one to draw the audience with help from HHH and Mick Foley. The two of them made the wwf what it was because Austin constantly raised hell, and Rock was simply the most entertaining man in ring and out.
