Where is a quality, not overpriced, chill restaurant to take my girlfriend in Orange County?

Im a college kid that goes to UCI and am looking for somewhere around here to take my girlfriend that's in my budget, around $35. Im not looking to take her to anywhere fancy, but not a hole in the wall place either. I figure im gonna get a lot of answers for this so just shoot out any places you guys would recommend!
