What is the name of what looks like a shirt with a hood and a skirt/shorts attached as a one piece?

So I went to the aquatic center recently and I saw a women with this one piece she wore after getting out of the pool. It looked like a short sleeve shirt with a hood, and I'm not sure if it was a skirt or shorts attached to the bottom, it was a towel material, which made it look so convinient. I fell in love with it and really want it, only problem is I have no idea what it is... HELP! (please)
