If you touch a bloody individual who has AIDS, would you contract it?

I'm a correctional officer, there was a fight between two inmates, one of them got his head cut, and there was a lot of blood, I was the first responder and some blood got on my fore arms, from his jumpsuit. I don't know if this person has any type of transmittable disease, what is my risk?
