How can i export or import however you want to call it music from itunes form my mac to my new macbook?

okk sooo, i would like to know if theres a way of exporting or transfering (however you want to call it) music from my itunes lybrary to my other mac, soo whenever you start up your new computer (mac) for the first time, theres an option where it says: would you like to transfer information or doents from a mac to this mac? or something like that, and i clicked in no thanks, but now that i want to do it i dont know how to do it!! can you giys helpmmee!?!?!?!?! i would like to know if theres a way of exporting or importing music from my itunes lybrary to my other mac, i really dont want to spend money or use a usb.... than you!
