Does anybody else find A Beka Academy HARD?

No, public school isn't that hard, but neither is what you're talking about doing. This is LEARNING and it's what makes homeschooling so much better than public school. If the work is too hard for you, talk to your parents about doing some remedial work to catch up. If it's just more than you feel like working on, stop being lazy. What you're talking about is nothing compared to what most homeschoolers do, though most of the ones I know don't work for over seven hours... usually four or five tops. College is going to be like this though, so now is the best time to start getting used to it.
