Dash face vents not working

i have a 94 s10 blazer 1gen and my dash vents dont work u know the ones that blow on ur face but my defrost and floor work.what would be causing this problem,oh and i found a tan heater/ac control vacuum line dangeling by gas pedal i have no clue were it goes.does anyone know or can u tell me were a web site would be so i can get it fixed
